Under Paragraph 2 of Article 144 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Armenia the NA Rules of Procedure, My Step Faction nominated Vigen Kocharyan as a candidate for the Supreme Judicial Council member.
Under Paragraph 5 of Article 144 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Armenia the NA Rules of Procedure, the item of the election of the Supreme Judicial Council member will be discussed at June 21 third sitting of the extraordinary session of the National Assembly,” the statement reads.
